We used XCJ’s CNC (controlled by Linux CNC) to cut a slit out of an aluminum block. This is where glass door will fit in. On the other side of the block we cut out a big cylindrical hole for the actual lock, and a smaller cylindrical hole for a magnet which triggers the lock to close only when the door is under it.
