简介：

AR(增强现实)技术可以实现虚实交互体验，是时下最流行的新媒体技术。你可以在各大秀场，以及线下广告推广活动中见到AR的身影。如果你是新媒体人，广告人，互动技术爱好者，请一定不要错过这个机会哦！

本工作坊针对从未接触过AR技术的初学者（但会有深入教学），对编程能力没有要求（或浅涉编程）。

在这个工作坊中，你将学习到如何使用Junaio平台来做一个“全息鸡尾酒”。在你的鸡尾酒杯上制作出虚拟的AR酒杯装饰以及调棒。在完成实验后，我们就可以一起喝酒，开一个鸡尾酒派对拉！

Metaverse Makeovers 会将目前实现增强现实AR技术的方法做一个概览（识别码类型，自然追踪，多码标识，PTAM），现有的AR可用的库以及操作平台（优缺点），一些AR具体的技术（除了让3D模型出现在识别码上还有什么别的可能性），以及未来AR发展的展望（kinect／AR的结合）。除此之外，Metaverse Makeovers还会向大家介绍他们此次在3月24日即将在上海Hollywood Club做的一个增强现实指甲沙龙的项目中所牵涉到的技术细节，以及实现方法。

Assumes no prior knowledge of AR (but will go in-depth) and requires little/no programming ability. Focuses on techniques, available software and good practices when creating AR projects.

- Metaverse Makeovers gives an overview to current approaches to AR (marker types, natural feature tracking, multi marker, PTAM), available AR libraries and platforms (strengths and weaknesses), AR specific techniques (how to go beyond a 3d model sitting on top of a marker), and projections about future developments (kinect/AR crossovers), and the different AR methods we have applied and explored in the creation of augmented reality enhanced beauty treatments, and nail manicures - featured at Hollywood Club for JUE Festival on the 24th of March.

- As part of the workshop we will be using the Junaio platform to create a 'hologram cocktail' . Creating AR cocktail garnishes and swizzlesticks. We then drink the cocktail.

• 增强现实技术(AR)综述 - Introduction to AR

视频范例 - 物品消失的视频; 生活中的应用范例 - 训练，游戏，导航，教育，市场营销，时尚；简单的AR美甲演示。

Example images & video -making items disappear video. Example real-world uses (Training, gaming, navigation, education, marketing, fashion) Brief nails app demo

• 技术概览 - Technical Overview

基础的AR流程：视觉，增强，追踪，估略，投影，变形。

识别码的类型：宽条码，ID码，框架码，NFT码⋯⋯

软件概览：ARtoolkitplus (Flartoolkit, ARTK MaxMsp/vvvv/Processing), QCAR, Junaio

做好识别码的技巧： 摄像头质量，灯光条件

Metaverse的项目技术经验（包含提问）

Basic AR flowchart: vision, enhance, track, estimate, project, transform. Marker Types: Border markers, ID markers, frame markers, NFT markers ... ... Software overview - ARtoolkitplus (Flartoolkit, ARTK MaxMsp/vvvv/Processing), QCAR, Junaio Tips on good markers (show trackable ratings), good cameras, good lighting. Technical observations from Metaverse experiences. (questions)

使用AR技术时遇到的一些问题，如何添加外部信息，如何做补偿等等。

如何适当编辑3D模型以配合AR技术的使用

AR specific techniques Demoed on ipad/iphone using mirror cable: transparency, occlusion, portals, etc. Incorporating external info. Common problems (using large offsets)

Chance to edit 3d models to use above techniques (5-10mins, one-on-one time, upload all models).

• 鸡尾酒成品展示 - Deploy the cocktails.

Groups observations on what worked/didnt with their garnish.

• AR未来的发展前景 - Future developments in AR

展示AR技术在未来的更多可能性 － 更加灵活的识别码，PTAM，与Kinect的结合（做点映射），Kinect互动，google目镜

Videos and how people can prepare for the new capabilities - flexible markers, PTAM, Kinect Fusion (pointmapping), Kinect Interact, google goggles

Metaverse Makeovers (超越宇宙大变身) 是由一群跨媒体艺术家,网络软件设计师组成的跨国艺术联盟. 跨国艺术指导/制作人 Thea Baumann联协东京全息影像设计师Ben Ferns, 马来西亚演艺家Shian Law, 中澳导演Adele Wilkes编导着一出先锋派的多媒体演出.

超宇的上海之行由墨尔本艺术团Aphids慷慨赞助.Aphids结合当代音乐,表演艺术,新科技来呈现特定场地的演出.

Metaverse Makeovers is a transnational collaborative team of of artists, designers, and developers working at the fore of digital, networked, and convergent media practice.  Metaverse Makeovers is conceived by Australian Director/Producer Thea Baumann, Tokyo-based Augmented Reality Designer Ben Ferns, performances by Malaysian contemporary dancer/performer – Shian Law, and film by Chinese/Australian filmmaker Adele Wilkes.

 

Metaverse Makeovers tour to Shanghai is supported by Aphids – an artist-led organisation based based in Melbourne Australia creating collaborations across artforms and borders. Aphids’ projects sit at the nexus of contemporary music, performance, technology and site-specific practice.
